Total Health Physical Therapy

We accept many insurance plans and are part of several preferred provider networks. For example, Aetna, Cigna,First Choice, Kaiser PPO plans, Premera, and Regence.

You may need to check with your insurance plan with regards to coverage for physical therapy. Plans vary widely and may change from year to year even within the same plan. Most, but not all, provide for some physical therapy, but the number of allowed visits, amounts of co-pays, and co-insurance are specific to each. If needed, we will attempt to help you determine your plan's requirements and limits, but ultimately it is your responsibility to know your eligibilty and benefits.
