About Us

We are an independent, privately owned clinic which as been providing physical therapy since 1999. Our owner, Greg Fulling MS PT, has been voted "Best Physical Therapist" several years in a row through the "Best of...." ballot published by the Shelton-Mason County Journal.

We treat a variety of muscoskeletal problems including work-related injuries (L & I). Many surgeons refer their post-operative patients to us. We will accept certain auto PIP claims but not third party liability or attorney lien cases.

 

Our Philosophy
We make every attempt to schedule one patient at a time to allow each patient individualized care. Our overall goal is to facilitate healing to maintain, restore, or improve your mobility and help reduce your pain. We strive for excellence in patient care, resulting in satisfied patients who return to active and productive lifestyles.
